Hidden In layers of make up,
I see the sorrow that you hide.
Why wont you stop this masquerade,
Is it worth it at all?
You’re better than this and I know you are,
I care to much to watch you drown,
Why won’t you help yourself,
Is the suffering worth the pain.
You know the answer yet you just complain ,
Without a move you will never gain,
Stop pretending that everything is fine,
You know you’ve got to make a move.
Wipe the layers from your eyes ,
Let those dark shades fall from your face,
And show the world you’re not a fake.
Hide no more lies my dear it’s time to shine.
